How do I schedule a cleaning?
For recurring cleans we require you to speak with our sales staff. This process takes about 10-15 minutes of gathering your home information and cleaning needs. After this call, our sales staff will be able to send you an estimate for the initial cleaning and recurring services. Once you decide to move forward and which frequency you desire, we will be able to get you scheduled as soon as possible.
For any one time cleans such as move in/out cleanings or spring cleans you will also need to speak with the sales staff to discuss what is needing done along with the timeframe it is needed to be completed by. We will be able to look at our availability and let you know what we have available in the timeframe you are requesting.
We do offer online bookings for our 2.5 or 3.5 hour custom cleans. With this we would work through a wish list of chores (ex: 1. master bath 2. spare bath 3. kitchen 4. living/dining room 5. basement bathroom etc) and complete as much of it as we can in the timeframe. This form takes less than 5 minutes to fill out. We do require a wish list and pictures of the areas you want cleaned and once our office staff receive the booking, they will call you and confirm the details.

When are you available?
Our office is open Monday-Friday 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Our professional Home Cleaners work Monday – Friday from 8:00 a.m. – 5 p.m. We are not available on nights, weekends and major holidays.

How do I make changes to my existing service?
