Scheduling FAQs

For recurring cleans we require you to speak with our sales staff. This process takes about 10-15 minutes of gathering your home information and cleaning needs. After this call, our sales staff will be able to send you an estimate for the initial cleaning and recurring services. Once you decide to move forward and which frequency you desire, we will be able to get you scheduled as soon as possible.

For any one time cleans such as move in/out cleanings or spring cleans you will also need to speak with the sales staff to discuss what is needing done along with the timeframe it is needed to be completed by. We will be able to look at our availability and let you know what we have available in the timeframe you are requesting.

We do offer online bookings for our 2.5 or 3.5 hour custom cleans. With this we would work through a wish list of chores (ex: 1. master bath 2. spare bath 3. kitchen 4. living/dining room 5. basement bathroom etc) and complete as much of it as we can in the timeframe. This form takes less than 5 minutes to fill out. We do require a wish list and pictures of the areas you want cleaned and once our office staff receive the booking, they will call you and confirm the details.

Our office is open Monday-Friday 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Our professional Home Cleaners work Monday – Friday from 8:00 a.m. – 5 p.m. We are not available on nights, weekends and major holidays.

Yes, you can request one of our Professional Home Cleaners but we cannot guarantee they have a slot open for you. Grace Home Cleaning employs the BEST Professional Home Cleaners in the Omaha, NE Metropolitan area and Council Bluffs, IA. Our goal is to assign one of our Professional Home Cleaners to your home but if you change the date of your cleaning we cannot guarantee that they have an opening for you.
We will send you reminders via text and email 3 days and 1 day prior to your scheduled cleaning so you know when to expect us.
We know your schedule gets full and so does ours! In order to make sure that our wonderful Professional Home Cleaners can focus on cleaning and not driving, we try to give them the most efficient schedule possible every day. We do not want to rush them when they are working. So, while we cannot promise a specific arrival time, we will notify you of our estimated arrival window in advance of your cleaning date so that you can plan accordingly.
